Nick and Maya, together again in Ace Attorney 6! Hell yeah!I've been a fan of the Ace Attorney games every since the first and have play every single entry that was localized... You reading this, Capcom? "Every single entry 'that was localized'."! I shouldn't have to point out that last part!
Anyway, I love the series and it's amazing characters. But through all Nick and team had to go through, I'm glad that he'll have his best friend back by his side to uncover to truth once again. And with everything that was revealed so far, I'm expecting big things from this entry!

After all the dropped hints from the last two games of Maya appearing again in person I'd say it's about dang time.
Your backgrounds are always masterpieces all their own apart from the main subjects they envelop and that's certainly no exception here. I think you did a pretty admirably stylistic effort in capturing Phoenix and Maya's likenesses that are unique to your drawing approach. Details always keeping on point and excelling in ways that continue to impress my eyes.

I believe you're a better artist than me so the following advice might be wrong.
Maybe try giving lines that are just meant to be for details less intensity. Like the ones separating Phoenix's teeth. Try coloring those lines with a shade of gray instead of a strong black.
Just an untested theory. Might work, might not.

It's good advice and I'll keep that mind. However, the lines used aren't really a strong black -- sans the lines around their eyes. Most of are a medium grey-brown. I'll try it out to see with it works, but I don't want to make them too light or else they'll pop out a be too much.
