I think this is what happened.
She is talking to a friend or relative and they talk about a date.
Then, what she says, (not in animation)
"Oh, you really love Tom, your always like:"
She then says, in the animation,
"Oh Tom! My heart is racing! Touch my hair while the fireworks play as we make out! Come on, I see you smiling. You know your like this."

it looks like she's moaning light heartedly about a boyfriend, the first thing she says looks definitely like "I love him", with the way she's holding her heart as well. the rest might be something like "but he's absolutely hopeless" or something like that!
