9.21 Update!Going back to Tomoe after a few months on straight Zetch meant my process had changed quite a bit. I'm using slightly larger sprites, I fixed her hair a bit, and there's a lot of little changes all over if you look hard enough.

A couple things I think would make it ever better though... Offset the timing on some of the limbs more, and change the direction of the individual limbs a bit. Everything goes from out to in, and all on the same frames. And since I see you're really going for those overlapping actions on the hair and clothing and such, I'd put a slight bounce in the chest too. Probably a couple other tweaks here and there too, just to might it livelier and snappier.
