Nate is Late meets Sally Bollywood. I guess it makes sense in context. According to TV Tropes, most of the people who worked on Sally Bollywood worked on Nate is Late, and both Sally and Malika are voiced by the same actress, Sarah Aubrey.

If a crossover were to happen, it would go a little something like this. It's another day and another trip to school for Nate and Malika, determined not to be late yet again. They decide to have a race, just for fun, but they don't get very far before tripping over someone hunched in the middle of the path. The two look back and found they had tripped over a young sleuth named Sally Bollywood, along with her best friend, Doowee McAdam. Together, they for the S.B.I., Sally Bollywood Investigations. They all apologise, then talk, and then become friends almost instantly, deciding they've got time to go for a friendly chat over ice cream sundaes before school.

What was Sally Bollywood doing on the pavement earlier? Searching for clues, of course. Both she and Doowee were on the trail of a major investigation. Something big is going on in the city, and they're going to find out what it is. Nate and Malika, meanwhile, have found the next thing that'll threaten to make them late for school again. No way are they going to miss out on this mystery.

And so, all four kids go on this whirlwind adventure to solve this case before school starts and they'd have to explain themselves to Principal Prudence. Totally worth it.
