Because of a highly amusing inside joke, I was more or less conscripted to draw a fellow 9 forum member's fancharacter... as though I was 6.THIS IS PI.
Created by a forum member called Rae, Pi's number is 3.14. Yes, the mathematical pi. The neverending number used in equations-- that pi.
I, for one, think it's a highly amusing pun. So there.
6, a character from the upcoming film "9", draws in a rather blotchy, smudgy way, which I thought I could imitate by blowing ink out of a fountain pen and daubing it onto the lines.
Which worked.
It made things look demented, but it worked.

... The facial expression had to be fixed with photoshop. The ink went wacky and her grin looked rather demented.

It was not just ink-- I dissected my fountain pens and blew the ink onto a piece of scrap paper to daub it over the pencil lines.
I... thought it would look more like 6's art that way, don't ask me why.
It was fun, but hard to control. Pi here looks far more sane now that I've edited her face in photoshop.

I'm not quite sure I understand the process by which you drew this, but I won't question it because IT LOOKS SO AWESOME! 8D The lines vary in thickness, adding character and blend so neatly, creating shadows.
The crinkling in paper where he's sitting is too cool...
