What the problem with it? I could probably help depending on what it is.

uh... like the skirt phy keep trembling on the back (trembles a bit more since I put the tail)
the bell just goes in her chest and if I move the model the bell doesn't follow it fully
the tail is pretty okay but maybe it touches the skirt
oh and when I load the model in MMD it says something is wrong with some nulls ; - ;

Idk any tutorials but you just have to go and change the physics collision an size
