So would you say tonight's special is... on the rocks?
Thanks for this one -- I was hoping you'd post some rocks! UDK is so desperately lacking in its rock variety, and I'm so sick of using that one mesa over and over.

If you by any chance use 3D max, this little program does wonders for you when you're in need of rocks; [link]

Nope. Maya. Probably ought to switch to have switched to Max a long time ago. >_<

I am a Max user. I have never used Maya. All I can say is that Max is far from being good at many things (but masters bugs at low poly modelling and mesh exporting). Crazy, but true. Unfortunatelly it's the only I know how to use.

I've used Max, Blender, Maya, Zbrush, Mudbox, and Softimage, though my experience with Blender is limited. I primarily use Maya in the rare case that I feel like modeling (I'm a programmer/technical designer), but I know enough about all of them to know that any modeling packages has its strengths and weaknesses, and that ALL of them can have terrible bugs when doing any kind of work, depending on how you use them and what hoops you forget to jump through.

Nah, you dont need to switch, Maya is in fact a more advanced program and in my opinion better than Max, but i'm just too stubborn to switch
