Tomoko is energetic and bubbly. She often seems like she’s on a sugar high and rarely stops talking. Tomoko is loyal and will stick up for anyone she considers her friend. Despite seeming like she has cotton candy for brains at times and can never stop smiling, Tomoko has a nasty temper and if make her mad your best bet is to run.

Quirk/Abilities

Cotton Candy: Tomoko can manipulate the length and density of her cotton candy like hair to use as a weapon. She can also pull small hunks from the bottom to use as projectiles.
Sugar Bomb: Tomoko throws a large hunk of cotton candy that explodes on impact, covering her target in sticky candy, temporarily gluing them to the ground.
Keen Intellect: Despite seeming ditsy and hyper at first glance, Tomoko has proven on more than one occasion that she is extremely intelligent. Underneath all the cotton candy she has an exceptional strategic mind and can come up with a plan of attack at the drop of a hat.
Enhanced Speed: Do to her hyperactive nature and short stature, Tomoko is extremely quick and light on her feet. Making it easier for her to get the jump on an opponent.

Weakness(s): If she uses her quirk to much Tomoko will have the ultimate sugar low. This can be a real problem at times as she more often than not ends being too tired to function properly.
