Tomoko’s quirk is Cotton Candy. It gives her cotton candy like hair that she can stretch and manipulate at will. How light and fluffy her hair is depends on how much sugar she has in her body. When she has a lot, her hair will be light, fluffy and sticky. When it’s like this she can stretch it out to about ten meters, pull hunks off to throw or shape into weapons and even use it as a bandage if need be. She often gets pretty creative with what she makes out of it, she does this to confuse her opponents in the heat of battle. On the other hand, when she has little to no sugar in her body her hair becomes hard as a rock and ridiculously heavy. When it’s like this she can not stretch it but she can still break off chunks to throw at her opponent, the chunks will shatter on impact and dig sharp bits of candy into her opponents skin.

Tomoko can also use her hair to stick to things and climb up walls. This allows her to attack from multiple angles, but it also tethers her to whatever surface she’s stuck to making her easier to hit.

When she uses her quirk to much Tomoko will get a massive sugar low and collapse from exhaustion. For about an hour after that she’ll be extremely lethargic and sleepy.

Strengths
- Due to her short stature, Tomoko is very quick and light on her feet. Allowing her to dodge and attack in rapid succession.
- Tomok is a quick decision maker and doesn't hesitate for anything.

Weaknesses
- Tomoko can get easily distracted by anything candy related. Offer her candy and she’ll be off in her own little world.
- Tomoko’s hair will get randomly stuck to anything and anyone she bumps into.

Keen Intellect: Despite seeming ditzy and hyper at first glance, Tomoko has proven on more than one occasion that she is extremely intelligent. Underneath all the cotton candy she has an exceptional strategic mind and can come up with a plan of attack at the drop of a hat.

PERSONALITY
Tomoko is an energetic and bubbly girl with a good attitude that is almost contagious. She is always laughing and joking and generally has a very happy go lucky disposition. She seems to have a constant sugar high and rarely ever stops talking, much to the chagrin of some of her classmates. Tomoko is very loyal to her friends and quick to jump in anytime she senses danger. She doesn't really care much about her own wellbeing when others are endangered and will gladly put her life on the line to save her comrades. Despite seeming like she has cotton candy for brains at times and can never stop smiling, Tomoko has a nasty temper, especially if you threaten her loved ones, and will come after you with a vengeance when she gets mad.

BACKSTORY
Tomoko was born the youngest of two to Yoshirou and Akiko Aoi. Evan as a little child, Tomoko loved the idea of being a pro hero. She loved to watch all the pro heroes on TV and then jabber on and on to her parents and brother about how she was gonna be just like “the pro’s in the TV”. Her family was supportive of her dreams and were constantly encouraging her to go for it.

It was because of this encouragement that Tomoko set out to the U.A. entrance exam with high spirits and even higher hopes.

TRIVIA
Tomoko’s hair is edible, any time she needs a snack she’ll just pull off a small piece of her cotton candy hair and munch on that.
Tomoko is left handed.
