Yeah, because I don't think "pegasisterhoof" is a commonly-used term lol.
As for your tutorial... I'd noticed a number of spelling mistakes in it, but I gritted my teeth and looked past them. If one drew eyes in the anime style, I believe it would be quite useful; that's not the style I use, so it isn't relevant to me.
I'm wondering: where's the Unfocus and Glow tools? I know I've seen them, but I can't remember where.

on the top effect tool bar glow in the inside of the effects tool says photo n inside da photo bar says glow the unfocus is in da effect-blurs section ^^
