ok..something like this(dont get terrorified by my english skills XD)
1st you draw and cut a rilakkuma in paper, that will be your pattern
2nd using your rilakkuma pattern you mark the fabric (twice since u need to pieces to make it)
3rd you also have to cut the snose(????wtf...idk ..nose?the white part in the face...lol ) and the belly,also the pink part of the ears
4th the 1st things you have to sew are the details,
5th you have to sew the *outside part*,but leaving a part open (to fill it /as u see in the 5th picture/)
6th then u fill it with...idk the name in english... :derp: xD
7th u finish the sewing(if u want u can add a tail now..,i didnt xD)
8th using fabric paint or acrilic paint u draw his face. I use the back of my paint brush to make the eyes and nose, and a sharp instrument for the mouth
hope it helps... is been a long since i wrote in english..so..i m sorry if it looks too derpy xD
