Setting: Sarasaland - Midobako Kingdom: Desert & Ancient Temple

Characters:

Gaijin Goombah (Gaijin): Our main protagonist and cultural hero to all. He has kept the ignorant Fumon Clan at bay with the help of his friends.

Akiterra Goombah (Aki): Wife to our hero Gaijin and a caffeinated lover of animals, including her pet cat Jade.

Yuki Goomba (Yuki): An old friend to Gaijin and Aki, she's in charge of the fan club for them and is generally a fumon butt-kicker.
Bobby Bob-bomb Boo: Another friend of the Goombah's friends, he's a rather timid bob-bomb boo being nervous around new people or places, but is a great defender of the ones he cares for.

Sandwyrm: A giant man-eating Sandwyrm and the sole protector of the crystal found deep in the temple of the Midobako Kingdom.

The story ... thus far:

As Allochii and Geck, accompanied by their new partner Otaku, retrieve the second Crystal of Virtue, Gaijin and his companions travel through forests and mountains to reach the edge of the Midobako Kingdom, a place covered in scorching hot sand dunes as far at the eye could see, yet still filled with much promise as a small encampment can be seen at a distance.

The trio trek through the blazing heat where Bandits and Pokeys run amuck, eventually making it to the encampment. It's there they find several Koopas and Boos working to excavate out in the desert.

As luck would have it a long time friend, Bobby a shy and timid Bob-bomb boo, was helping with the dig. Bobby greets them and says how they found this oddly shaped rock jutting out in the middle of the desert dunes, the weirdest part is it had a carved out center. Bobby explains how they've been digging around the area for days now with no luck. Aki then presents Bobby with the Crystal of Virtue as Gaijin says that this may help in their excavation.
Bobby leads them to the odd looking rock, when Aki places the crystal inside of it the ground starts to shake and rumble. Under the shifting sands rises up a large temple. Gaijin and Co. Take back the Crystal and they venture deep into the temple.

Along the way they encounter Pokeys, Swoops, and the occasional Mummified Goombas. As they make their way through the old catacombs, the ground begins shaking again. That's when a giant Sandwyrm bursted through the floor!

Bobby cowers behind Gaijin as they try to fight off the giant beast, yet each one of them is badly damaged by the Sandwyrm leaving Bobby the only one left standing, or floating.As frightened as he was Bobby knew he had to fight back, using to only trick in the boo book Bobby grows to the size of a mini-van and makes a deathly horrifying face that scares off the Sandwyrm. Bobby then tends to Gaijin and everyone else making sure they are alright, that's when a pillar juts out of the floor revealing the third Crystal of Virtue. Bobby retrieves it as Gaijin asks him that they can use a boo like him on their adventure. Bobby agrees and joins them as the leave the temple.
