I think he (or she, could go either way unless i missed something) needs more attacks so he could stream together multiple strikes smoothly since dual blading is like a dance. maybe also able to use his blades like a boomerang when thrown. like on the sixth row under attacks with that low left swing he could swing up with his right, then s spin around to attack again with the left from the side.

Judging on what I saw on this sprite sheet. Nabihan is much strounger than Forest and any of my characters. (Not as much as Shade.)

Well Forest himself is really underpowered and in my characters one of the weakest. He's smart and quick however.
