OwOSomehow, I just want Shocky and Steelmind to be a couple, it's so obvious that their little... yeah, whatever attraction there is between them, is hard to understand, painful and yet, so delish.

In your comic, Shockwave kills Steelmind for revenge. In one of the songs, the man who's part Shockwave was singing say that he wishes that he had died instead. It's funny in the fact that it doesn't sound like something Shockwave would do.

Uuuh but that's not what The Scientist by Coldplay is about...? It's about the regret to ones own actions, and wished it might turned out otherwise. And from my perspective, it's more like Steel is the one singing the song to Skyfire, Shock and Stars.
Shockwave isn't regretting killing Steel, but Stars is regretting that things didn't go otherwise. And Steel just wants to live, go back to the start, to live with Stars again.
The song is all about regret, just like breaking up with somebody. "Nobody said it was easy, nobody said it would be this hard, oh take me back to the start"; just like Steel wants. To come back to the start. And it wasn't easy to love Stars, but he really, really, wanted it.
