Thank you so much my dear friend for to be so supportive
Yes this little spider is famous now. I wonder is she knows it ? She was so sweet and so very quiet, working alone in her little world without disturbing anybody. Thank you for your beautiful message dear Madeleine

It's pictures like these that are just luck of the draw as far as the "specimen" goes, a few minutes earlier and the spider wouldn't have been making a web, and any later and you could of missed him making it completly. That's what I hate and love about photography.

When we are trying to capture a subject alive, there is part of luck it is true, but not only that, there is also a big part of patience and a part of technique

Wow, that shot is simply fantastic. I mean, focusing on the thread? That's awesome. However, while the shot focusing on the thread made for a photo that sort of 'popped' at first, I find myself wishing that I could see more of the spider.

I agree it will have been nice to have both the spider and treads in focus. But the spider was far from the treads, and me I was close to the treads, that makes technically difficult to have the spider clear. Do I make sens ?
Thank you so much for your comment

Quelle précision dans la mise au point!
Pas facile, j'imagine qu'elle bougeait dans tous les sens ... évidemment, en plein boulot

Yukkabelle In reply to SylveryFox [2010-08-10 22:44:51 +0000 UTC]
Merci beaucoup
