Actually I think that Ash instead of staying 10 regresses at least mentally because he keeps on forgetting type matchups and loses to worse and worse people until he fails to beat Cameron: that guy who thought a full battle was a 5 vs 5 and doesn't forget type, but blatantly ignores it's importance "Forget type! (sends steel type out against fire type)"

Okay, but it was just a joke since he was supposedly 10 for so long and I personally haven't kept up with watching the Pokemon series. So, thank you but that appears to be just a headcanon for you and I just checked the Pokemon wikia and his age is unkown, though he is still thought to be 10.
