yunaki ich mein das echt nicht böse du solltest in zukunft aber darauf achten was du als ref benuzt...auch wenn du es angibst...gibt es hier genug dennen das nicht wirklich passt dasman ihre bilder alsvorlage nimmt

Ist gut aber es ist nicht rechtlich falsches Referenzen zu benutzen. Außerdem war das ein Auftrag und es kamen keine Beschwerden.

ist es vom prinzip her nicht nicht aber dennoch kann man da probleme bekommen,durch das künstlerische eigentum.....ich mein das ja nicht böse =/ ich sag nur das du aufpassen sollst weil ichs halt schon öfter mitbekommen hab...ich denke kaum das jetzt disney kommen wird xDD dasmein ich auch nicht aber jetzt z.B. bei deisen bild...dolphy hat einen seeeehr hohen bekanntheitsgrad...da brauch nur ein blöder hyperfan kommen und dich anschwärzen und schon wirds blöd

Möglich wäre aber ich habe mit diesem Bild keine rechte verletzt. Und die Aussage: "aber die Pose ist von mir" reicht nicht um das Bild zu löschen. Ich finde es gut, dass sich einer darum Gedanken macht ^^ man braucht sowohl hier in der virtuellen Welt als auch in der realen keine Genehmigung um Referenzen zu verwenden. Beim abzeichnen sieht es anders aus (was animexx angeht, da ich gelesen habe dass man da um Erlaubnis fragen sollte, wenn man ein Bild was auf animexx von irgendeinen hochgeladen wurde, abzeichnen darf ... Was eigentlich schwachsinnig ist, da man normalerweise aus rechtlichen gründen den eigentlichen Künstler sowieso erwähnen muss und es ist eine Sache für sich wenn und ob man was abzeichnet.
