lol:I tried not to use Photoshop on this at all because when I had drawn it (back in 2002 or 2003
lol) I did not have PhotoShop! But...I didn't feel like wasting an entire PrismaColor marker on art that is so old 
So the "True Blue" coloring for the background was added with PhotoShopSailor Celestial © Me

I have been thinking of work on a transformation pic of Rainbow. It might just be a frame like this. Don't think it will be like my Black Lady Henshin.
