And I just noticed the Alliance flag looks a bit different. There's some more circles now, which I'm guessing represents the different systems that makes up the Alliance. I'm aware that many thought that Bioware's version of the logo was lazily done and only represented Earth.

There is no Earth or System's alliance flag from what I could see, only a logo. I took the current Earth flag and posted the System's alliance symbol over it since this Shepard is from Earth.
