Wow this is amazing, thank you so much : D. Being able to see the different layers of the process is extremely helpful : D, and the brushes? That's just the cherry on the sundae that makes it heaven ^^. I can't wait for Part 2.
This might be really greedy but >> I love how you colour so much, it inspires me more than anything, but it's so multilayered and skillful it's hard to see what you've done to create it ;-; (which might be the point but >>), do you plan to do any process images or tutorials for how you go about making your art *cough* Fisheye Placebo comics *cough* >>. I understand if you don't want to, but I personally would find it really helpful to learn from ^^. *Dies*

haha, you always make it look so easy. I did one try through in like fifteen minutes, but it definitely takes more time than that to make it look as high quality as yours. I'll be trying it again and hopefully I'll get it right this time : P Thank you for the tutorial~!

Your cumulonimbus near the bottom of the tutorial looks to me like a prancing pony.

This is just an educated guess but I'd say photoshop. They are photoshop brushes so I'm assuming that's what she used....
