A tutorial that details how I drew my Ius Sanguinis piece in Illustrator. (Just click "Download Image" for larger file.)

This was originally commissioned by ~BlakeGordon in July; I was specifically asked how I drew the aforementioned picture, which is the reason why it's a step-by-step and not a bunch of general advice. I hadn't planned to post it at first, because, well, it wouldn't be fair for the original commissioner to give it for free while he paid for it... but he's the one who actually told me to share it with other people, so after thinking about it, I've finally decided to go with it. If at any time he asks me to take it down, though, I'll do so immediately.

Please note that this tutorial assumes knowledge of Illustrator's basic functions. It's not meant to explain how to use the Pen tool and Bezier curves (there are plenty of good tutorials for this out there).
