Oh, she underwent a bit of redesign.
The dots were originally part of Vesperia's design (a Fayriemew character that is reincarnated as Vivian), and I guess it would just be fair to attach some of it to Vivian.
Also, Vivian no longer has the traditional vivian mark/weird simplified fishbone/whatever, or eyeshadow.
