20 is a survivor, doggedly defending his fellow Stitch-Punks from the various monstrosities created by the B.R.A.I.N.
In the time that he’s existed, he has single handedly fought dozens of mechanical creatures to the death, each time succeeding, albeit very narrowly.
He has an emotional attachment to 21, who rescued and healed him after almost being killed by a machine hunter in the ruins of a human city.
He is almost always by her side, protecting her and seeking her wisdom on the seemingly demonic creatures of the world.
20 is an incredibly adept warrior, using a wide array of weapons to attack and kill the B.R.A.I.N’s minions.
20 is headstrong, instinctual and can be a very intimidating individual, however he is a good soul, always willing to help those in need.

I'm really not sure how far the numbers of the character's from "9" go, but this is 20, an original fan made character.
Ok, lets run down his weapons:
Axe: Made of a metal rod, o-rings and a razor blade
Stakes: Finishing nails
Spear: Made of a metal rod and a fountain pen nib
Dagger: Metal rod and an Exacto Knife blade
Long Sword: Straight Razor
As far as his gear goes:
Face Gaurd: Fish jaw
Chest Piece: Large Washer and shoe laces
Shoulder Pauldron: Cowl from a Zippo lighter
Belt: A Strap of some sort.
SO! You'd think with as well armed as he is, 20 wouldn't have to much of a problem fending off the various mechanical monstrosities that seem to plague the world of "9", but I'm fairly certain he eats it pretty bad.
