not gonna lie... i'm a bit jelous of your definition hahaha, awsomely badass picture here man. how do you get the lighting like that... is there a cheap and easy way to do that ? cause i've been trying to get shots like these and i really don't know what i'm doing :S

I did this the cheapest way ever...I used one of those light sockets that you plug into a wall (they have a metal cone around them and a clamp to put them wherever you want), a 25 watt light bulb, and a couple pieces of white paper to soften up the light. As far as things went with the camera I opened up the aperture a little bit and cut down on exposure time, and the effect is what you see here

Your triceps are nothing to worry about. Ive been doing too much cycling and working on my legs that now my arms and shoulders are pretty much just flab! XD Oh well.
Awesome use of shadow and light. well done. black and white suits this very well.
