Description
So here is the first of the three fighting ships that accompany the carrier from earlier.Β This is the middle tier ship, a cruiser. A blend of maneuverability and firepower, it was supposed to sort of feel like the space equivalent of a jeep with a gun. This image started as a mess of custom shapes that I searched for designs in. Long-Pham Β has a great tutorial on using custom shapes and some packs you can download to get started.Related content

I like the overall design but my own personal preference for designs are going to hit you hard.
1 - It's weapon busy.Β The weapons are numerous and in my opinion take away from the ship.Β If there was a co-pilot/Gunner then my complaint would go away but your asking a single person to handle 2 guns, missiles, and fly.
2 - the engine placement is not balanced.Β It looks good but it would be a pain to balance properly.
