I love pictures like this, with the green and yellow and bluish tints to them, but I can't seem to wrap my head around how to make one myself-- Do you have any tips?

Thank you! I usually start by working in pure values at the very start (greyscale lights and darks) and then once I have my composition and lighting mostly figured out, I fiddle around with some Color Balance stuff in Photoshop to establish a color "theme" for the image as a whole (like bright = yellowish, dark = reddish, for example) and start to work in variations by hand. After I've gotten the hues on the canvas working well enough as rough splotches, I start detailing things out. Every once in a while I'll use a soft brush to paint a Photoshop layer that adjusts the hue and saturation of layers below it, without affecting their brightness.
While I'm working I find it helpful to have an extra amount of canvas space around the image instead of working all the way up to hard edge of the canvas. That way I can quickly mix colors on the canvas and mark down some of the colors I intend to use a lot without having to use a clunky menu interface. It also helps if I end up moving layers around to adjust the composition because the strokes end in a more natural way instead of a hard edge.
Hope that helps!

Fantastic foliage work, and like the amount of patterns, some of these things have way too much designs, but you have struck the right amount. :}
Also, the city looks like it would have been functional when it was made. I like that in my ruins.

I love the detail in the vegetation. It almost looks real. The lighting is beautiful and atmosphere one of awe inspiring mysteriousness. Excellent work!
I could see this being used in a movie or video game that is somewhat like Uncharted. I that game (

nice & quality masterpiece !
This kind of place actually still exits in our world.
I just went there for one week photography expedition.
....a place where Angelina Jolie ' Tomb Riders ' movies was taken while
....a place where imaginations of Indiana Jones adventure begin.
....a lost in time place like Avatar green forest paradise.
You should visit this place for holiday & gain more idea for your 3D arts :

I actually didn't have to struggle too much while working on this one. Getting the perspective working well enough took a bit of fiddling but beyond that it was really enjoyable to work on. All in all I think it took about one work week, or around 40 hours. It's been a couple years now though so I can't say for sure.
