The hits just keep on coming, y'all!
I thought this sequence was rather silly the very first time I watched it all those years ago, but now I've actually come to greatly appreciate it. Having Alfred and Aunt Harriet around to witness Robin's total obedience to Catwoman, and his lust for Pussycat really drives home how effective Catwoman's drug is. Gives us all something to look forward to when she inevitably uses it on Batman. Alas, Batman is always prepared and so escapes being enslaved to evil as Robin is here, but the possibilities before that scene were always fun to think about.
Robin is basically one of the henchmen in this shot, taking backstage (at least in terms of presence) to the two lovely ladies who, along with their eye-catching outfits, are obviously the highlight of the scene. It is certainly hard to be mad at the two absolutely gorgeous villainesses as they rob Bruce Wayne's safe. He has money to spare... and it's not like *I'm* the one being robbed.
What's that? Double standards you say? Hell yeah, I have 'em. Try telling me you don't!
