well... not realy a tutorial though.... and it may not my best work... but at least it can help you in case you want to know the way i made my work
consider it was my birthday gift^^

it realy speed up the process^^
i'm realy busy with my work and my final assignment on my university (eh... skripsi bahasa inggrisnya ape sih?^^)
i have to find a good title and subject for my final assigment... the deadline is 7 April >,<
AAARRGH... i guess i can't be OL in DA so often anymore...
so i'm realy sorry if i can't reply your comment immediately
oh well.. enough of my story.. i guess it's more suitable if i write it in my journal (but i'm just too lazy...)

lish salalu kagum ma org2 yg mulai coloring pake warna dasar abu2 dulu trus mbentuk shadingnya dari sana
cuma lish g pernah tau caranya mereka kasi warna di atas warna abu2
layer blendingnya di ganti? ato pake masking?

sebenernya wa juga baru belajar teknik beginian sih^^
n jujur aja wa gak tau kenapa tapi wa gak bisa kalo pake warna grayscale dulu.
disini wa pake warna sephia (rada kecoklatan)
kalo liat warna default dari swatchnya photoshop set warna sephia ada di bagian bawah (pale cool brown, sampe darker cool brown)
untuk kasih warna diatas shading awalnya wa bikin layer baru yang modenya softlight (overlay juga bisa sih tapi untuk kali ini bagusan softlight) trus timpain aja warna dasar abu2/sephia pake warna yang u pengen
wa pake masking buat ngebersihin gambar aja..
