well... not realy a tutorial though.... and it may not my best work... but at least it can help you in case you want to know the way i made my work
consider it was my birthday gift^^

i'm realy busy with my work and my final assignment on my university (eh... skripsi bahasa inggrisnya ape sih?^^)
i have to find a good title and subject for my final assigment... the deadline is 7 April >,<
AAARRGH... i guess i can't be OL in DA so often anymore...
so i'm realy sorry if i can't reply your comment immediately
oh well.. enough of my story.. i guess it's more suitable if i write it in my journal (but i'm just too lazy...)

You're video is really helping me out! Never even thought of making the shadows first and color after that. It seems to me it's a faster then shade every color on it's own.

thanks a lot for this video. I learned a lot. There were here and there I was confused about in terms of settings on whether you used a low opacity brush in color or overlay mode or what not, but I'll figure it out eventually.

for me, i use high opacity brush when i add the base color and lower (not so low, about 50%-60%) when i toning and blending the color
