Description
With the introduction of the zipline thing in syndicate, it would make traversing detroit's rooftops a breeze. and with all the snow slowing u down on the ground, it'd be all the more reason to head skyward!-------------------
Set in the late 1920s/early 1930s, this (fan version) Assassin's Creed takes place at the height of prohibition. Alcohol is banned. Rumrunners, speak-easys and blind pigs dot every corner; and with Detroit supplying 70% of America's smuggled alcohol into the country, business (and crime) is booming. The Purple Gang is in full power; fighting with rival gangs over land rights and turf to smuggle alcohol across the Detroit river. With Tommy guns and automatic weapons arming the gangs, assassinations must be quick, stealthy, and efficient in order to escape unharmed.
At the height of the jazz age, the young, rumrunning, flapper protagonist must traverse towering skyscrapers and snowy streets to take back the city from the templar's rule.
Oh, and maybe make a quick profit over smuggled alcohol in the process.

Please dont sue me ubisoft just steal my ideas and make a game already. I am no way associated with ubisoft; this is a fan project through and through. just love the asscreed games.

I personally do not want AC to go towards these kinds of modernized eras because AC has always been ancient. I gave Syndicate a pass since it was in Victorian Era ( a modernized and beloved era, even though it's still the past), but I hope that they stop and go back to ancient times. That being said, you're idea does sound very interesting. I like the idea of the story around prohibition because it was one of the most important elements in the 1920s. I wonder what the Templars would have to do with it.

Thanks so much! Yeah, everyone has their personal tastes. There is a great amount of appeal in the older time periods and I really would love a more ancient assassin's creed myself! (AC1 is actually my favorite game, I really do love them all though)
That said, I wanted to explore a time period and setting that has, for the most part, been largely absent in video games to see how it might turn out. The 1920s-1930s were a super turbulent time, and a think a lot of the ideas and stories that came up then still have a large resonance today. The US was emerging from a world war, generations were clashing, all sorts of drama!
Hopefully the templars wouldnt be up to anything too dastardly!!

You have a point about this time period and setting being absent in video games. I think it would make for an awesome single-player story too. If this were a game, it should take influence from Syndicate. The 1920s and 30s is one of my favorite eras, but I love history in general. Regards to your work, it's very beautiful to look at and it makes it very gritty too, especially the streets of Detroit. I'm not exactly sure how the character would parkour in a dress, but I won't question it. Keep up the good work.

Thank you! the dresses of the 1920s with their loose fit were actually pretty flexible and easy to manuever in. (even if they caused quite a stir!)
the main character could always swap out into a wide leg pant if she needed to do some serious climbing! maybe more fancy attire could be used for undercover missions and things like that.
Thanks again! i really appreciate it.

No problem! Now it makes sense. You know, I'm actually writing a biblical epic series inspired by Harry Potter and Assassin's Creed. Not that you'd probably want to hear it.
