Description Captain REeeeeeeeeeeeeeeex!!!
Call me slow, but this took me a whole week, and the guns still suck and I used "how to draw Star Wars" for help, because I suck that much. Aaaand the bottom half is completely out of preportion, and the helmets wonky. Aaand the background is full of naffige.
Buuuut on a whole, I like it. My first Rexyness proper painting and it was fun, used up loads of my white paint though, but still. It was awesome, I like painting and drawing Rex. I might just do more, or carry on making my helmet.... I am not paying Β£68.99 for a helmet, I refuse because I'm stubborn and cheap. The helmets going all right, it's just wonky. All my attempts at painting or making helmets come out wonky... must have.... wonky helmet syndrome of something.
So yes! I today have Padawan hair and I think if I call my mum Jedi master one more time she will kill me.

First time painting him, please be nice to me.

Very clean line work and good pose (oh and subject matter, of course ). Helmet looks great to me, got the angles perfect, not easy making the Jaig eyes symmetrical either especially with paint! I can totally sympathize on the building helmet topic! I've made two helmets from scratch so far, non Star Wars related, and the process is certainly tedious. Wonky helmet syndrome must be contagious or something because mine though recognizable still need some work, but the second one turned out a lot better, so just keep at it! Great picture, can't wait to see more!

Ahah I hold my breath when I paint tricky bits like that, so I can try and keep them straight and perfect, otherwise I can get quite upset with the whole painting.
Ah yes! You make helmets too? I made a Spartan one for my dad, the clone trooper one... and you're very right about tediousness, the ridge was the hardest part.
Wonky helmet syndrome is the worst, it's so annoying! Ahah I shall try ^^
