If anything, Sans would just drool all over him and cry all the time to spite him. If skeletons can drool...
Gaster has mastered the art of parenting while working, and somehow puts up with a toothing baby. Maybe Papyrus saw a monster dog child try it, or maybe he's just hungry. Who knew skeletons liked to bite as a form of playing. It makes sense for Papyrus, who was prone to bite Gaster when Gaster tried to clean him up. It'd be funny if to get Papyrus not to bite, be simply rubs a bad-tasting substance on his arms. That'll teach him not to bite. Just rub some hand sanitizer, anti-nail biting cream, or hot sauce on your bones. The kid will never bite you again.
Or just throw him a bone to chew on.

Great ideas, especially chewing toy. I'd like to throw in aquinting him with Dr Lecter. That might be counterproductive, but glorious beyond words.

Indeed. Poor Papyrus and Sans have it rough in the hands of Dr. Gaster. Though, it might be a bit painful to have them nibbling on his arms all day. Must leave a lot of odd teething marks. If it hurts and prevents him from working, I can understand why the biting is a no-no.

I wake up at 6:25am to get ready for the job, my boyfriend's alarm clock sounds at 6:30 but he keeps in bed a little more (always...), so I give Miki (my kitty) the breakfast, but I'm free on wednesday, but he doesn't, so his alarm sounds, Miki stares... he is still in bed at 6:36... she came to me saying "hey, that guy is still in bed and I'm hungry", and it's like "shut up, you fat, tell him, I want to sleep more...", but at 7:10 she came again like she's going to die "I'm hungry!!" (she doesn't bite, just poke me with her leg...) my boyfriend has a flexible schedule... at last I have to woke up and give her food...
Now she's in the ground... lying like a queen, staring at me showing her belly and looking like "look my belly... I'm so proud"

She does what she wants... her bed is a special part of the couch, and my chair, and the stool, and my legs, and when I'm in bed, her place is between my left arm and me, she use to purr in my arm since she thinks I'm sleeping...
