I'm not sure if this is technically a patch? I went through and edited the coding to hard translate all of it. Well whatever it is, this will change all of your FLELE messages and menus into English! I used Google Translate but I think most of it should be accurate, if it's not let me know and I'll fix it.Anyway this is super easy to set up! If you already have FLELE installed, skip to step four (although you should probably update your SSP program either way).
If you don't already have FLELE:
1. Go to ssp.shillest.net/ and download the SSP program.
2. Go to navy.nm.land.to/ukgk/flele/ and download the FLELE.nar file.
3. Run SSP and a character should come up. Drag and drop the nar file onto the character. It should install FLELE and switch to it. If it doesn't, right click the character, go to "change ghost", and select "flele". If all the menus are in Japanese, right click the character, go to "language", set to English and then restart SSP.
4. Go to where SSP installed on your computer, and go to the ghost/flele_aya/ghost/master directory. There should be some files like 0.dic, 1.dic, and sec.ayc in there.
5. Download the zip file attached to this submission. It should be below the picture above. It should have 1.dic and a readme in it.
6. Replace the 1.dic in your ghost/flele_aya/ghost/master directory with the 1.dic in the zip file.
7. Restart SSP. Now FLELE's in English!
This will affect all your shells, so you only have to do it once!
If you have trouble let me know and I'll try and help. Poking around the FLELE coding has led to me enhancing my own Jockey FLELE with a bunch of extras, but I'll post that up later when she's a bit more finished.
If you open 1.dic with a text editor, I left a bunch of comments in the coding if you want to translate it into other languages. If you're doing that you should read up on how SSP dialogue is coded, or ask me for details.

I'm at the master folder but there is no .dic files or a zip file. sec.ayc is there tho

You download the zip file from this deviation to the right. Are you sure you're in the \ghost\flele_aya\ghost\master folder and that your FLELE works? Because without 0.dic or 1.dic it shouldn't even function, so those files should be in there.

I can't find anything dic but its working-but anything in the little balloons is japanese

If it's working they should be there, that's all I can tell you. You can try doing a search through your computer for 1.dic and seeing if that'll bring it up.

alright XD i can manage it and everything. the speech bubbles are the only things in Japanese...i think...but i can always just google them XD

Are you using a FLELE or another type of Ukagaka/ghost that also uses SSP?

it says fele and it comes with a cat girl named emily i also got the ipod miku look a like girl and i can change the skins to whatever i want but any talking the fele does is in japanese. almost all the menu is in english and everything i'd just like to know what the thing is saying half the time 
however i looked through the entire folder and did a computer wide search and the 1.dic isn't there...
my computer is old and screws up everything including loading the internet to google (the home page) i think that it might just be my computer at this point

Ah, that sounds like you just have the SSP program and Ghost included with it (Emily, the cat girl) and that's what's tripping you up. If you right-click her and go to "Change Ghost" and switch to FLELE, that should be the music player. If there ISN'T a FLELE option, then you don't actually have the FLELE ghost installed, which is probably why you can't find 1.dic. What you can do then is get the flele.nar file from hereΒ navy.nm.land.to/ukgk/flele/ and then drag and drop that file onto the cat girl. It should install FLELE and then you should be able to switch over to it, and 1.dic should be on your computer. Then you can use the patch as I mentioned.
If you're wondering if this patch will translate any of the cat girl's dialogue though, the answer is unfortunately no, haha. Emily is an entirely separate thing from FLELE and I don't know nearly enough Japanese to translate any of that. |D

I'm sorry that I'm too much a moron to figure this out. I've followed each step word for word, but it seems to have no effect whatsoever. I'm not lying when I say that I'm literally screaming in frustration. Would it be to much to ask you to post screen shots of the instructions? Or better yet make a video?

Well the essential thing you want to do is replace the existing 1.dic file in your SSP directory with the 1.dic file in the zip attached to this deviation. Do you know where the existing 1.dic file on your computer is?

I solved the problem on my own. I just needed to install the East Asian Languages. Everything is functional and ENGLISH!

Well if you're using a PC, if you hit the Print Screen key on your keyboard when the bubble pops up then paste it into MSPaint or something, you can save the image and then upload it somewhere where I can take a look at it.
