i never said he was unique. asgore hates humanity for similar reasons.
undyne only "hates" humanity because she was brought up believing she needs to kill them in order to free her people. not the same.

actually, asgore doesn't hate humans. he was enraged and made a rash promise that he wants to take back and can't.
and undyne considers humans to be "uncool" which in her books means worthy of extermination. undyne's a bit of a wacko in general, but until you befriend her, she absolutely hates you and everyone like you, as her lost soul shows. whether she was raised like that or not doesn't matter, she hates humans.
