I assumed he was referring to Flowey. After all as comic readers we aren't resetting things and doing different things to change the outcome like we are when we play the game. At this point it's flowey who's resetting and manipulating things as shown with Paperus.

Excuse me? Could you please be a bit more polity, i mean the message of this Story/ the fourth wall break of Sans is not realy clear, inform of who is ment. It is quite easy to think he means the audience and that he means Zarla is a bit complex to get to.
Also, age does NOT make someone smarter, wiser or better. So you cant blame young minds, depending on who you refer to as "young"
