Spoilers: it does. Another benefit to doing these out of order! I totally referenced the final battle in Earthbound too, score.
This would probably be the first time they've seriously fought about something or raised their voices at each other. They're scared and in pain and aren't really handling this very well. No one is happy with this.
(Gaster isn't handling it very well either, not that he's going to admit it)
If you really want to feel bad, a lot of their conversation still applies if they were talking about you the Player, haha.

There aren't really very many good English onomatopoeias for really deep long gasps, that's what the first GGGHHHH noise is meant to be. Hopefully that came across? Oh well.

Will "He fell into his own creation" still be The CORE or maybe a battle against Sans?
Makes sense because Sans is his creation in this comic and Gaster also caused then the battle with his abuse.
He "falls" into his creation.
One page already showed that Sans is the more violent one who wants to give Gaster a Bad Time.

A few days ago I was writing on bPAVLICA's profile and Handplates came up. He showed me his fanart of it and it was the one where he forgot to add the handplates. I replied, that there is a bunch of comics without the handplates attached yet, but it was before Gaster shattered this tiny little hearts into pieces.
Now we have it... and it's even worse than I could ever imagine. Normally I don't cry about comics (I read to much manga), but this get's even me teared up. It's just so horrible. For all three of them. They're not only shattered into tiny little pieces, they're complete broken.
And I can't believe how well do you keep Papyrus in character, in this one.
And we all know that this is not going to stop. We knew it all along. And I love these turn of events. It's brilliant story telling. And this is the most heartrbreaking page ever.
