This is a design study for the Aria. A sample representative of the design possibilities for this concept.

Quick Pitch: Nights into Dreams, Falco (StarFox), Jester

The Aria are the people created by Wind. While populous, it is not common to come across them, as they live high on mesas and clouds

The Aria float above the ground wherever they go. they are able to walk, with a bit difficulty since it is something they tend not to do often enough. their height ranges between 4 and 6 feet. they have 5 digit hands and feet. From their elbow down, their arms become wider and flatter. They have pointed ears. Their nose are flat, as it is a straight line from their forehead to their tip. Their skin hues cover pinks and light purples.

Their hair color range between magenta, purple, violet and lavender. hinting toward blue but not exactly. Their hair splits in two tails. their hair strands have a bit of stiffens and able to hold their form. Males tend to have a bent in their hair. it is fashionable to have the tails pointed upwards, and this is accomplish by placing support structures inside their hair to hold the points up. Nobility are the ones who tend to do this, as it is otherwise impractical. They have a receding hairline, thou it does move forward in a peak at the middle of their forehead. Their eye color ranges from magenta to violet, purple, and lavender.

The Aria are Matriarchal. Females are involve in every aspect of society. From laborers to nobility, ruled by a queen. Males are limited to labor and clerical positions. the Aria do not form bonds. When a female decide to have a child, she may seek a father, but there is no obligation for the father to stay. In general, the Aria are raised by their mothers alone, and the father is unknown.
