A request from to help her out with her colorin'. I tried making myself make sense in this, there's probably some grammatical errors all over the place Lol and some confusing wth steps like me shading forwards then backwards ahahaha
THIS IS NOT REALLY A TUTORIAL though you're free to take it as one but it's basically showing how I CG.
I would've explained how to do shadows more but really there's no way besides HERE'S YOUR SUN as back then following tutorials was wtf for me. Just work at it is all I can say

Uhh, I try to do this and it never works out as its showed here... I mean, shading with the hair.. x.x umm, what do you recommend for shading silver hair?

Never works out as the blending? If your tools have the same setting as mine you can try doing the same style as I did but other than that I don't know what to recommend. Color usually doesn't matter, white, black, red hair you shade them all the same..xD

I linked my water tool settings in the description > [link] I didn't change any of the settings and it's left as when I first got SAI :] Besides that, how you use it and where you use it does come from practice as I can't really explain where you can use it in every case since its comes from your own judgment xD That's why I had 'skin ball' examples 8]

Haha a sphere or cube is best shapes to use for shading examples : D
I only use the pen, my settings for it are seen in the left on the first image of the tutorial. My stabilizer in SAI is set to about 11 xD so it helps smooth it out. I no longer use the pen and instead use the brush now though xD

Haha, that's true XD! I learned that in my class XD! Oh, alright! I will look again! I am still trying to get used to the stabilizer and Sai XD! Haha, sorry for asking. Just trying out different techniques until I find which one is more comfortable for me. I like using the brush too XD! Haha~ Thank you very much X3! Sorry, I was slow in responding XD!

Lolol aww thankss~ I would've used a more general image but the end result of that one I liked most :'D and you can follow my skin ball examples and I'm sure you'd get the hang of it
