i have watercolor pencils. do you wet them and if so, do u wet the tips or the paper or what? i need to know in order to properly use them. In the past, well, yes, i'm a licker. lol. but seriously, what do u do? thanks

Many drawings'm drawing normal dry in a naturmort on black paper to make more brilliant colors that I had in my moisten the mouth, xaxa! and drawing Nostalgia (are few trees with pink flowers) me first draw everything dry and then some parties concerned with a brush wet _se can be seen in full view.
