Hey, how have you been? It's been so long since we last spoke!
Anyway, I've featured this piece in my journal here:

Well, I heard the Batter turns into a Eldritch Abomination (monster) in the special ending, but I dunno what it is do you?

if the player chooses to align with the Judge in the game's final battle, The Batter spontaneously takes on a radically different form. He is now seen as a large, clawed beast with a massive, sharp-toothed, crocodile-like mouth. His eyes are white and he has large, black claws, somewhat resembling a Burnt. It's possible that this is the Batter's true form.
I don't think it actually says what he is.
But I don't know.

I gotta say that you can find even the saint-est of cartoons, books, movies, games and other stuff to have wild and scary nightmares in them, like Donkey Kong, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Croc for examples. O.O'
Thanks to the Nightmare Fuel section on TvTropes, it made me realize that not even a cute cartoon and game doesn't have its scariest things.
