The scissors gleaming
In my eyes she's a hazy blur
I look at her, my eyes concealing
The screams just waiting to occur

My mouth with not a word to utter
X's lined up all across my lips
The blood dripped down like oozing butter
Waiting for another trick

'Smile' she tells me as I oblige
The corners of my mouth turn up
Finally free from my mutilation,
In her hand my chin she cups

It goes without saying that I was free
My mutilation no longer mine
But taking without giving is felony
I too must pay a heavy fine
