Description *TIP that's not on the Tutorial, try to use '3/4 view' when making a sprite, NOT profile or front views.
Here are two of my older sprites in profile and front views.
Profile-Mudawg: [link]
Front-Fakemon in my old Tutorial: [link]

Remade my sprite tutorial as the old one was outdated (still said the sprite limit was 80x80) and the sprite I made for that one wasn't anywhere near my current level of spriting.

Now that I'm looking at it this sprite wasn't the best one to use for the tutorial seeing as its sort of a special case and doesn't have as much shading as most sprites do but oh well ^.^;

I always use MS Paint to sprite and then transparent them in Paint.NET. Paint.NET is also a good free program for quick recoloring for making shiny versions of your sprites.

I apologize for any spelling/grammar errors there might be in this tutorial but I started it at 1 am and I'm not going to be fixing any that anyone might find so please don't point them out because I don't really care XD

My first attempt with this method led to this thing.

xD My stuff is hardly perfect, but practice certainly doesn't hurt. I haven't made a sprite in quite a while actually, and could probably do with some practice myself lol
