And I should say that I really liked your drawing!
First of all, a great choice of art supply. I have no idea if it's a cheap or an expensive one, but I can feel the depth with the contrast effect. Of course it means that you use the charcoal very well :3 Shading looks so natural. I really appreciated that you didnt leave just lines where you put shadow. The beggining of the hair is very well-done. The highlights on the face are also seem very accurate. And I cant pass without talking about the details xd Especially the detials on her ear looks so tiny but very cool and natural at the same time.
To points to improve, I can suggest you to draw 1 horizontally (to specify the middle of the face or where she will be looking at) and 2 vertically (to specify where the eyes will be located and one short under the eyes to locate the mouth) It's a very common technique, if you applied that already, mouth looks a little bit too left. And one of the eyes looks a little bit smaller. If you struggle drawing the second eye (just like me xd) draw the eyes at the same time. It really works. Other than that, the neck should have ended right under the chin (there's an extra part on left). The line between the lips and the line next to her nose also could be smoother. And finally, the bottom part of the hair could be more detailed. But you know those are just my opinions :3 You dont have to agree with all of them :3 :3

I really like the way you did the hair and how you were able to define the face, I also like that is has that like smirk kind of smile, like Half smiling that's the word haha!
