This is just what I do, I just want to show you guys, once for all. C:
It's not all of them of course, just the main 1st steps.
No hard feelings towards any spectacular individual.
Opinions are welcome, but critiques are not needed.Β
Please feel free to state your opinions. But even if you disagree with me, please say it in a nice manner. I may or may not agree with you however, I won't try to change your mind, so please don't try to change mine. C:

i will admit i do save some pictures but mostly as referance sheets to character poses or inspiration for character or costume design. i never redistribute the pictures on another site or claim them as my own.

The only thing different for me is I only use references but change them about all over the place/position/form/make new for mere sketch practice only. A nice image can come completely from one reference, sure, but I always prefer to stray from using something then posting as art. That's just me. Haha. EXCEPT for... machine looking objects... since those can often become a collage of things and can quickly become designed your own. @.@ (That and I need to study on them more. ._. lol )

Something about the redistribution part: Everybody should remember that unless the artist does not explicitly declare otherwise (e.g.by using a "Creative Commons" license), a default copyright applies and that means that nobody has the right to redistribute an artist's work without the artist's explicit permission in every single case! The exact details and wording may differ from country to country but I believe that this short version should be the common part.

hahahaa i just favorite a pictures as soon as it catches my eye, maybe comment about how much i love it if it's too much to hold in, check the artist's da, their gallery, maybe watch them if i'm interested, and then look at pictures similar to what i saw, and then it repeats again and again... so less structured than yours c: hahahaa

2.1. Yes: Contemplate for a few seconds. Proceed to step 3.
2.2 No: Proceed to step 3.
2.3 I like it very much: Contemplate for a few seconds. Add to favourites. Proceed to step 3.
3. Do I feel unusually talkative today? / Delusional enough to think that someone may give a shit about what I have to say?
3.1. No: Proceed to step 4.
3.2. Yes: Leave a "witty" comment that has nothing to do with the art itself. Proceed to step 4.
4. Leave.

It seems like a lot, but I work in a similar fashion. This process is completely automatic and without much thought. The only difference is I am more chaotic than this.

I would put more attention on helping others improve, if some elements just don't look good and even if You do not know how to fix it, for me it still valuable to hear that opinion, I personality always try to find also something I like and mention that (c'mon you can find something)
For me (totally noob) every opinion is extremely important, what is ok, what is not, what someone like, what do not play well with other elements. What frustrates me is no comments. Given fav, but no comment - so what the hell you liked?!Β Again I am noob, jus fav is nice feedback but really do not help me to improve.

But I really love this! It inspires me to think more about the stuff I'm looking at! I also really like how its organized and the basic idea of this. It's interesting to see people's train of thoughts, and this is a really nice way of seeing them.
