Jackson squeezed his eyes shut in concentration. Netty was right, this was more challenging, but he was sure he could do it. Trying to draw up more power from inside himself, Jackson tried his best to imagine the little paper boat on fire. 'Come on!' he thought to himself. Opening his eyes, he saw that the little boat had finally caught fire to his delight.

"Hey, look!" he exclaimed. "I finally got it!" Looking over at Aphrodite who hadn't yet set her boat aflame, Jackson smiled. "I think I've got one up on you this time!"

Aphrodite glanced up at him. Smirking widely, the glands of Aphrodite's eye began glowing red, and three of the paper boats on the lake behind her lit in flames. Jackson looked at her with a pout at the show of power.

"Show off," Jackson grumbled. The pouting was short lived though and quickly replaced with awe. "You know if you keep that up, Netty is going to have to come up with a Master's class for you so you actually get a challenge out of these classes."
