So now for something slightly different. I was feeling in a Sailor Moon mood and I felt like doing something within the fandom. I originally wanted to make a Sailor Uranus but I just couldn't get it down, I think I just wanted an excuse to draw her hair ( which I like a lot.) Sailor Neptune is one of favorite characters to draw, she just has an elegant look to her- or at least I always thought she did.I made the figure like any of the other ones with my trusty Prismacolor markers. I did the water with watercolors, how appropriate. Also it just looked better, the markers were far too streaky.
The water was surprisingly easy to make but the double sided watercolors were annoying but only because I was impatient.

Feel free! It was a lot of fun to do. I'm afraid I can't really tell you how I did it though, I mostly winged the base from scratch.

Only paper. I had to use a fine fishing line to hang her for the picture and edited out the shadow afterwards but other than that, just paper.
