So got an AI to spit out the left version and while neat, this time I spent a bit more effort, added some snow gfx via layering after some similar edits to the previous posts. In hind sight, I prob should have eased up on the blue just a bit, as I think i might have went a little overboard in bringing it to to the forefront and kept a more toned down pallet. That said, I do like how the city scape feels a bit warmer, and colder at the same time, with the blue glow though.
