I bought Starbound and I really like it. I've only beaten the first boss as I'm waiting for the final wipe before I really dive in.I have no idea if you can get eyepatches, I've met Avian pirates who wear them so I'm hoping.

right? if MC would stop with the pointless updates trying to compete with other games when it was in its height, it wouldn't have thinned out and become a shell of what it once was. i played both Tar and skybound and honestly Terraria > starbound for the lack of starbound's utility, boring space exploration, pointless race system (*cough* skins r better), and lack of mods.it only excells in the art department but underneath its enterain might only last an hour

You realize Starbound is still in Beta right? You're comparing it to games that have been out for years. Also it's pretty douchey to come on to other peoples artwork just to insult their choice of game.

Yes it is possible to get eyepatches. They sometimes drop from killing pirates/bandits. On another note this is absolutely fantastic!
