O my yes, this one is the hardest, since is the first time I'm drawings armours!
And is just the chest and wings, imagine the entire body... lolThis will be scrapped later when I'll post the final version; this is a study of the last Moon Angel, The Angel of Karmic Justice, Mortis. Cute isn't he?
With those huge swords, that gaze (I have to get a better look, I want it devilish and severe, will be hard XD)... Well, enjoy it, because it will be more interesting when I'll finish it! Leave comments, especially in waht would you like to see here!

Nice layout of the character as well as explanations.
I like the portrayal of duality in this piece - the different wings and swords! I especially like the swords - they don't look typical, and the long handles are a nice touch!

In fact that will be the final pose for Mortis, sine I could't find another that would fit with his serene personality. I was to draw the wings armour but you said that the two different wings was a good way to portrait the duality of this Angel! I loved the idea, thanks for the tip! Both wings are black but one will have the Eye of Insight (yes is an eye XD) that sees the minimal "sin" of each person. The left one is more righteous, is armoured, crossing light and darkness! The swords I have to find more details for the handles and blades.... My inspiration will not fail me, I try that my swords must be unique, ha ha!

Moon Angels doesn't have that many wings, only seraphims and some archangels have the honour to have them... ¬¬ Wellllllll, I was tempted to draw him with six wings, but they are Moon Angels; the piece would be too heavy-looking, also would make my life impossible, since I'll paint him with watercolours!
