Well, the one I have is exactly like yours in every way except he doesn't have guns on his face
I looked him up and the pics match. I just found him randomly on a table at the flea market, he was not in packaging. I bought him because he's adorable and you can't beat three bucks for a toy.

Ah. Those guns do tend to disappear. (Also, if you ever find Air Raid like that, I need him. I used to have him, but his wing broke, and when I super-glued it, it looked ugly.)
